FAQs

HOW DO THEY WORK?

Sockless Innersocks sit inside your shoe, under your foot, like an innersole. They absorb sweat and moisture from your foot, to keep your shoes feeling and smelling fresh. Most importantly, they help keep your shoe dry and free of odour causing bacteria.

WHICH SHOES ARE THEY SUITABLE FOR?

The inspiration for Sockless Co came from wearing enclosed heels & flats (like pumps and ballet flats) daily and being unable to find a solution that was invisible and stopped our shoes from smelling. With this in mind, Sockless Innersocks were designed to be worn with ballet flats, and enclosed heels or pumps of all heights. We've also found they're great in open toe boots, loafers and ankle boots with cut out sides.

DO I LEAVE THEM INSIDE MY SHOES?

Nope, when you take off your shoes, take your Innersocks out right away so your shoes can breathe. Just like socks, Innersocks are designed to be worn and washed daily. Wearing your socks for days in a row will cause foot odour & shoe odour, and Innersocks are no different!

HOW DO I WASH THEM?

Sockless Innersocks are made to be treated just like an ordinary pair of cotton socks. They should be washed after ever wear. Sockless Innersocks are 100% machine washable and can be machine dried. Just like other items, they should be washed with like colours.

WILL THEY CHANGE THE WAY MY SHOES FIT?

Sockless Innersocks do add an additional layer in your shoe, so just like socks or sockettes they will slightly affect the way your shoes fit. We have found that if your shoes have a leather upper, the fit may be a little firmer for the first couple of wears until the leather gives and stretches to accommodate. If you're shopping for a new pair of shoes, we recommend taking your inner socks with you to test the fit.
